Invite Friends

Open Settings → Invite friends to share Pocket Clear with someone. You get your own invite link, and three ways to send it:

• Copy link — paste it anywhere.
• WhatsApp — opens a chat with the invite ready to send.
• Messages / More… — your phone's share sheet, for any other app.

The link opens a page that sends your friend to the right store for their phone, iPhone or Android. The screen also shows how many friends have joined, and how many are still waiting to log their first entry.

How do referrals count?

A friend counts once all three of these are true:

1. They created a Pocket Clear account.
2. They were credited to you — automatically when they install from your link on Android, or by entering your code (see below).
3. They logged at least one entry.

One friend who counts is all Road to 50 needs: log 50 entries and invite one friend, and you get 3 months of Pro. You can invite before you reach 50, so your friend is already counted when you get there.

Each person can be credited to one friend, once. A code has to be entered within 30 days of creating the account, and partners linked in Partner Mode can't use each other's code.

I was invited — where do I enter the code?

Your invite code is the six characters at the end of the link, for example pocketclear.app/get?r=ABC234. The page the link opens also shows it, with a copy button.

• Android: install from the Google Play button on that page and the code is applied for you. Nothing to type.
• iPhone (or Android, if you installed another way): after you sign up, open Settings → Invite friends and type the code under Got an invite code?. Upper or lower case both work.

Heard about Pocket Clear from a friend? When the app asks how you found it, choose Friend or Family and you can enter their code right there.

Privacy

The invite link carries only the six-character code — never your name, email or anything else about you. Your friend's entries stay on their phone; the only thing we see is whether they've logged one. You see how many friends have joined, never who they are, and your friend isn't told who you are by the app either.

What we keep: your code, which account was credited to which, when, and when the friend logged their first entry. On Android the code reaches the app through Google Play's install referrer, which also tells us when the store link was clicked and when the install began. Our website uses Google Analytics, so the address of the invite page, including the code, is recorded there too. Deleting your account removes your code; a friend credited to you stays credited, but no longer to anyone. See our Privacy Policy.
